What we automate

• Lead capture and qualification: website form → CRM → WhatsApp notification to the sales team, all automatic
• Automatic follow-up: email or message sequences after a customer action (sign-up, purchase, cart abandonment)
• System integrations: connecting ERPs, CRMs, e-commerce platforms and management tools that don’t talk to each other natively
• Document processing: extracting data from PDFs, invoices or spreadsheets and feeding systems automatically
• Automatic reports: consolidating data from multiple sources into dashboards or reports emailed at the right time

Why N8N?

N8N is open source, self-hosted and doesn’t charge per workflow execution. Unlike Zapier or Make, there’s no risk of platform lockout or rising costs as automation volume grows. The workflow lives on your infrastructure, not on a third-party SaaS.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell generic “magic AI”. Every automation starts with a real problem the client has today — not a list of features that look impressive in a slide deck.
