The challenge
Aposenta Certo provides advisory services for retirement and INSS (Brazil’s social security agency) benefits — a service that deals with technical topics (retirement, benefit reviews, disability benefits, among others) and depends, above all, on trust. Before reaching out, visitors need to understand what’s being offered, feel they’re talking to someone who knows the subject, and have a clear path to ask questions.
In social security advisory, the website doesn’t need to “sell.” It needs to explain clearly and remove the uncertainty of people who are researching.
What we delivered
We built a business website organized by benefit type and situation — making it easy for each visitor to quickly find the information that applies to their case. The content structure was designed for SEO: pages clear enough to answer the most common questions about retirement and INSS benefits, organized in a way that helps the site rank for people searching those topics.
The design prioritizes clarity and directness — without excessive legal jargon — with clear paths to contact whenever the visitor is ready to talk.
Result
Aposenta Certo now has a website that works as the first conversation with the client: it organizes information that used to exist only in one-on-one consultations, anticipates questions, and guides visitors who are ready to act toward getting in touch — with remote service available across Brazil.
