Websites & Quality

What makes a website truly professional?
A professional website goes beyond good looks. It follows W3C best practices, loads fast on any device, has an accessible structure, semantic code and top-tier performance metrics (PageSpeed/Lighthouse). All of this directly affects SEO and user experience, and it's the foundation of every project we deliver.
Why do performance and speed matter so much?
Because Google ranks fast websites higher, and users abandon slow pages within seconds. We work to make every one of our websites reach top scores in Lighthouse, the official Google tool for measuring performance, accessibility, best practices and SEO. For us, that is not a differentiator, it is the standard.
Does the website work well on mobile?
Yes. Every project is responsive and tested across different screen sizes. Mobile gets special attention because most visits come from mobile devices, and Google prioritizes the mobile version in its search index.
Do you follow any quality standards?
We follow W3C guidelines, Google's Core Web Vitals and accessibility best practices (WCAG). Every delivery goes through code validation, performance testing and a UX review before going live.
Does the website come with SEO?
Yes. Technical SEO (structure, speed, structured data, sitemap and indexing best practices) is part of every project from the start. It is not a separate service sold afterwards.

Subscription model

Do you charge a monthly fee? How does it work?
Yes. Our model is a monthly subscription that covers development, hosting, maintenance, content updates, UX improvements and the continuous evolution of the website. We don't sell a finished, static website. We deliver a living product that grows along with your business.
Why a monthly fee instead of a one-time payment?
Because a quality website doesn't end on the day it goes live. The internet changes, Google changes, your business needs change. With a monthly fee, the investment is spread across the journey and the website gets continuous attention, with no surprise charges for every tweak or update.
What's included in the monthly fee?
The monthly fee covers all project costs: hosting, SSL certificate, technical maintenance, content updates, performance improvements, design evolution and infrastructure. The only exception is ad spend (Google, Meta, etc.), which is separate by nature: you control how much you want to invest in media.
What does it mean for a website to be "alive"?
It means it's updated often: new content, UX tweaks, speed improvements and, when needed, major infrastructure upgrades to keep up with new technologies. We keep a close eye on the cutting edge and roll it out across our client base. Your website doesn't stand still.
What if I want to cancel the subscription?
You can cancel at any time. We'll agree on the transition details if you want to take the website to another setup. Our goal is a relationship that makes sense for both sides. If it isn't working, there's no point in continuing.

Blog, SEO & Ads

Why have a blog on the website?
The blog is the main channel for long-term organic growth. Relevant, well-structured content shows up on Google, brings in qualified visitors and strengthens your business's authority, with no cost per click. It's the investment that keeps paying off for as long as the website exists.
How does content production for the blog work?
We set up a production workflow backed by automation to keep the blog active and regular, without it turning into extra work for you. Every article is reviewed before it's published. The goal is quality and relevance, not volume for its own sake.
Do you handle Ads campaigns?
Yes. When it makes sense for the business, we set up and monitor Google and Meta Ads campaigns. Ads are a media investment separate from the monthly fee, and you decide the budget. Our job is to make sure that investment goes to pages that convert, not to a website that disappoints whoever clicks.
Do Ads work without a good website?
Not very well. Sending paid traffic to a slow website, with no clarity or no well-structured call to action, wastes budget. That's why our natural sequence is: first the right website, then Ads. That way, every dollar spent on media has a better chance of turning into a lead or a sale.
How long does SEO take to show results?
SEO builds up over time; it isn't instant. The first meaningful organic results usually appear within 3 to 6 months, depending on how competitive the market is and how consistent the content is. That's why the subscription model makes sense: SEO requires continuity, not a one-off sprint.

About Monto IA

What is Monto IA's main focus?
Building professional, integrated websites that deliver results. That means a well-built website, with SEO from the start, a blog with content production and Ads campaigns when they make sense. Automations and integrations come into the project when they solve a real problem, not as a catalog feature.
Is Monto IA an agency?
We're a company specialized in professional websites focused on digital results. We're not a generalist agency. Our product is clear: a living website, with SEO, content and, when relevant, Ads. That specialization is what lets us deliver consistently.
Do you use AI in your process?
We use AI as a support tool, especially for blog content production and optimizations. Decisions about strategy, design, structure and UX are always made by people. AI speeds up and improves what we do; it does not replace the thinking behind the project.
Do you offer support after the website goes live?
That's at the core of our model. Support isn't an add-on, it's part of the subscription. Tweaks, updates, improvements and new features happen continuously throughout our journey together.
Do you work with companies anywhere in Brazil?
Yes. We're based in São Paulo, SP, and serve clients remotely all over Brazil. Distance is not an obstacle: our process runs 100% remotely and asynchronously.

Process and journey

How does a project get started?
We start with a conversation to understand your business, your goals and what already exists. From there we define the scope, agree on pricing and begin development. You don't need to have everything ready; we build it together.
How long does it take for the website to go live?
It depends on the scope. Institutional websites are ready in 2 to 4 weeks. Larger projects, with more pages or specific features, can take 4 to 8 weeks. The timeline is always defined before we start.
Do I need to have the content ready before we start?
No. We can work from an initial brief and develop the copy and structure alongside the website. If you want, content production can be part of the project scope.
What do I need to provide to get started?
Basically: information about your business and goals, visual references (websites you admire), and your logo and visual identity, if you already have them. We'll develop the rest together throughout the project.
